Place a block of dry ice in the urinal. it will smoke away and cause the bathroom to look very spooky.
You can drop it in a toilet as well, but the toilet can be easily flushed which causes the dry ice to go down the drain. Still, it is a great effect that does not last as long as the urinal, but plenty of fun.
You can also stick the dry ice in the toilet bowl. Dropping a chunk down a floor drain is always fun. You just need a screwdriver to loosen the screws, drop down some chunks and watch the floor become covered in a fog.
