I am a straight guy. I can see the humar in this because a lot of females, particularly big busted, have complained to me over the years of all the males who stare at them when they walk down the street or are at a shopping centre. A lot of the time these same females are showing as much cleavage as they can.
I think this comment on the t-shirt will embarres a lot of guys who will only have a quick glance rather than stare. This should make the girls / women feel more relaxed. A big busted woman should be able to show some cleavage without having every 2nd guy staring at her. I say go for it.
